The legal basis for processing is your consent and the execution of the ticket purchase contract. Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data by contacting info@feriadiscapacidad.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).

Access to and use of this website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gestión de Proyectos, S.L. reserves the right to modify the website content and terms of use at any time. The purchase of tickets implies acceptance of the cancellation and refund policy described in the FAQ section. The organiser reserves the right of admission and may modify the event programme for justified reasons. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
