The 12th Edition of the DisCapacidad & Employment Fair is the direct meeting point between companies, institutions and the community of people with disabilities, facilitating their access to the job market.
Art. 42 of RDL 1/2013 requires companies with 50 or more employees to reserve 2% of jobs for people with disabilities. Law 11/2018 reinforces full inclusion in all areas of work.
